Internet Lag/Problem

Hey TTG
My internet has been pretty good throughout the year no lag or anything. Now I am experiencing so much lag I can't even find a match on cod and on PC i get 500+ ping on servers in the US which i get 30 in sometimes. What can cause these problems i got a 50 mb/s and 3 up from my provider which i do get on speedtest.net now its just terrible sometimes i get 1 mb/s download or even below if anyone has a solution or anything thanks
heres my router and modem
Router: e2500 300+300 mb/s
Modem: Arris

try moving your modem/router to a different spot. also, what internet company do you have? you might try contacting them to see if its a problem on their end
