You capture certain points after a certain amount of wins you acquire for that certain game mode in Clan Objective. After claiming those points you get slight boosts towards your soldier in xp boosts for the certain gamemode objectives you hold. If people are active in your division they will be able to overthrow your point and you guys will have to fight for it in the end. Hope I helped
