Is there anything that I should change (only to make it cheaper, HAS to be under 800 GBP), I need the i5 by the way because I will not only be gaming, I will also do a lot of video editing and programming. Also would there be any dimensional incompatibilities (size of case/GPU/CPU Cooler etc.?

When it comes down to editing when its AMD VS. INTEL only i7's are better as it has hyperthreading,so you would be better going with more core AMD.Please correct me if i am wrong.

To be honest, I've had AMD for ages now and I'd like to upgrade (just my preference).

Change that case to a Fractal Design Define R4 and change that H60 to a refurb H100 from scan. The refurb H100 only costs 45 quid. I'm not sure if that case will mount a H100 that's why I'm telling you to change it.
I'd change the PSU to an OCZ ZS 550w as well. Corsair CX series PSUs are alright but OCZ ZS series is better.
You may be able to squeeze the budget a little bit and get an R9 290. Shouldn't be too much over considering the saving on the CPU cooler and the 25 you haven't used in the budget with the current build.

Just confirming that the H100 does mount in the original case, I actually found a video with it.
Changed the PSU, and the fan and I have 8 GBP left.
EDIT: I meant mount not fit.
