When I go to buy something on the xbox store I get this message.
"Change your settings to allow purchases your settings are blocking purchases of free or paid content if you still want to buy this first change your settings to allow purchases. Parents will have to change this setting for children."
How do I change this/these settings?
I am the only account on the xbox.
All help is appreciated

Considering your a child account, your going to need your parent account to change it, if you do have the parent account go to settings > Privacy & online safety > Custom. Look for the first box thing, it should be the option for buying and what not, change it to only free content then change it back, i had this exact same problem

I have this problem aswell my setting is to allow everything but it will not let me buy fifa points I can download apps though please help
