Hey guys, whenever I go into my ITunes it tells me that version (11.1.3) is available to download and I was wondering that if I download this, will it get rid of my jailbreak?

Downloading an iTunes update will not remove your jailbreak. If you're still worried about it just unplug your phone from your computer.
