The guy at the local game store offered me that price, Hes selling them 550, for people who haven't pre-ordered.

I'd trade it in at your local gamestore, you already have one so unless you intend on getting it console banned... Well there's no need for 2. Get some extra cash and buy some games, accessories or even a few Xbox Gift Cards.
