I dont have anything running other than Rainmeter. I noticed today when playing Minecraft, that my frames were lower than normal, but didnt think anything of it. But, Rainmeter is telling me that 90% of my RAM and CPU is being used. I dont know why, what can I do to figure out, and stop it?
Ive already ran a scan with MalwareBytes AntiMalware free version and it didnt find anything.

What CPU and RAM capacity?

Try doing a Windows Restore to reset any settings that could be affecting it.

I advise trying to fix the issue before completely restoring.

Upon restarting, it is better. CPU at about 3% and ram at 24%.
I thought I had restarted already...
