Recently i downloaded something onto my computer and they have access to all of my computer files and can do anything to my computer for example they can open the disk tray or delete or install drivers. They can also change all of my passwords and access all my accounts they had taken 150k from me on Fifa 14 and then waited another week and took another 100k and fifa is the only game i play.
My dad thinks that im a retard for giving my details out but i haven't done anything wrong also is it possible for someone to do these type of things and if it is can you please tell me how below thanks

Sorry man, that's what we call a Trojan virus. It's tough to undo.

Well, do a system restore on your computer and it will remove it. And yes this is possible, you have downloaded something called RAT (Remote Access Tool) they can controll the most and gain access to all your files and passwords

Get malware bites or something and run a scan, that should pick anything up.Also back EVERYTHING you have on to a USB/Flash drive or external hard drive then do a system restore, that should work.

That's bad. It's a rat, a rat embeddes its self into a file/Fakes being a file
Honestly buddy just use a windows 7 reinstall disk and Reinstall windows.

You have a remote access trojan on your computer.

You should restart it in safe mode then run a virus scan. Also check your start up items, you can do this by pressing the start button and typing 'msconfig', go to the startup tab and un-tick anything that looks unfamiliar.

lol,re-installing windows may not remove it you do know that, its always better to run safe mode and look for something there rather than uninstalling windows straight away..
