If im on an Xbox One and my friend is on an Xbox 360.
Can i see that he is on a 360 and also can we party chat together?

You can see that they are on the 360 (and they can see you're on xbox one) but you can't party chat together.

I have a question too lol , Say I am on the 'One' and my friend is on the '360' will I be able to send voice messages and stuff to him ?

I'm pretty sure they said you could send text messages, but no cross-gen gaming or voice chatting/messaging.

Gaming cross platform, i'm not 100% sure but i think you're able to play CoD:Ghosts cross platform
