Best England Goalkeeper?

Some of you may know, Englands NO1 keeper is Joe Hart.
Personally, i think Joe Hart is one of the worst keeper i have seen, he needs to HAVE MORE confidence, and STAY in his box.
I really dont think Joe Hart is good anymore.
Fraser Forster is better than Hart, in my opinion.
I watch him play, and the amount of class saves he makes in unbelieveable.
So, who do you think is the best England Keeper, and why?

Joe Hart he has been the best keeper in the PL over the last 2 years.
He's going through a rocky patch at the minute but all good keepers do, Cech, Reina etc. it's called gaining experience. Up until now he a virtually had no competition, he's just got complacent. I don't know why people are slating him saying 'worst keeper I've seen' a soon as he gets through his rocky patch he will be straight back I'm he no1 spot, he's not just a keeper he's a leader.
So for me Joe Hart, when he's on form he's easily up there with Neuer etc,

Joe Hart. He is just having a bad time at the moment.
Like Cech at the weekend, He let some shocking shots in.
Joe Hart will soon be good again, He just needs a confidence boost.

joe hart, hands down he is the best, every player goes through a bad spell and I guess this is his, sooner he have it now then at the world cup

I definitely think that Fraser foster has made some show when playing for Celtic, the man is unstoppable and I believe he is better that Hart

Most of the top goalkeepers have gone through a bad patch in their career and im sure Joe Hart will get back to his best eventually.
Not saying Szczesny is one of the best in the world but last season he was playing really bad and Arsene Wenger dropped him and he has come back as a really top keeper and I think it will help him out being left out of both the Manchester City team and the England NO1 spot
