First you need to add a credit card or PayPal on your account... ( I recommend PayPal, simply because it's easier ) Then, you need to be logged in to the Xbox website as you click on this link: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

After that you should have it, and you should turn off auto renewal so it doesn't charge your PayPal or Credit Card after you are done.

Other info:
You HAVE to be a silver/free member, or else you will get an error saying "This promotional offer is not available".
If you have used the PayPal/Card on another account, sometimes it will not work, but most of the time that doesn't matter.

I will use it and delete it off my account immediately. Or if no one has one can someone show me how?

just make a paypal account, man. It's a lot easier.
