Just go into settings then app store & sign out the apple ID then use your own, Not really sure if thats what you wanted help with though

On iOS6. If the person has find my iphone activated on his device on iOS 7 then what I said will happen.

Then you have to use it in a different country. It is still blocked in that country.

Honestly, your better off selling it someone else(maybe youll get more money for it lol) and then just trying your luck on buying another one. It maybe pretty scummy do it but its better then being beat.
