but will this be good enough for wow in the mean time?

Don't quote me on this but,

This build doesn't have a wireless networking card, which means you'll either have to buy one or use a Ethernet cable. Addtionally, since there's no graphics card you'll be playing WOW on very low settings, trust me.
I play WOW on my dual-core pentium with intergrated graphics at around 30FPS on the lowest settings, without a graphics card you'll be playing around the same.
That being said, if you buy a low-end graphics card like the Nvidia 630 which will cost you around 40 (GBP) (63 USD at the current conversion rate) you'll be able to play a pretty high rates.

Additionally, you'll be using Windows 8 which personally I dislike, but that is down to preference.

I recommend looking into the AMD bulldozer processors if you're on a tight budget
The quadcore AMD fx 4130 scores a benchmark at [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
Where the i3-3220 scores [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
And alot of the new games like battlefield have been optimised for AMD
Good luck
