Im level 64 but i grinded levels till i was 50. You know how if you call lester theres options that let him take cops off you and things like that and same with merryweather like you can call for stuff it just says wait for contact and its been forever and still havent gotten it any thought on how i can get it?

you need to go to the big L first then he,merryweater,ron,dom will start to call you and you have to pick up
when u pick up its not to a mission
