As some people in the UK may know today is Remembrance Sunday.

Today we remember all those who gave there lives in battle since WW1 to the present day.

There will be a 2 minute silence at 11:00 AM, it is not mandatory for you too take place in this but i hope you will, to all those who have given their lives and their loved ones i thank you, you have given the ultimate sacrifice for your country.

They shall grow not old, as we that are left grow old
Age shall not weary them, nor the years condemn
At the going down of the sun and in the morning
We will remember them.

I always thought that Remembrance Day was on the 11th

However I shall also participate, have respect for the people who fought for our country.

You do know Remembrance day is not just for the people in WW1 But everybody who has served in the war!?
It was just 'Found' After the war because poppy's started to grow in the fields of thier trenches and bases

Actually remembrance Sunday was established after WW1 to remember the sacrifice of all fallen allied soldiers that died from WW1 to the present day as was stated in the original post.
