I was originally wanting a build around the 600GBP mark, and tried to save money by going with the 6300 and the ASRock 970 motherboard when I originally had the 4670k and MSI Z87-G41 which obviously weren't helping the price.
I'm not that bothered about spending over 600 but 700 would be the limit.
So can anyone give some feedback on this build? I'm not sure about the motherboard, I still don't quite understand motherboards yet as I'm still fairly new to building PCs. [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

PCPartPicker isn't reliable as it doesn't include postage and shipping accurately, the build looks okay but I think you should change your powersupply 650w isn't necessary with your parts.

Like Piledriver said, an expensive 650w PSU is definitely not needed. Going for something like an OCZ ZS 550w will save you around £25. You could put that £25 you saved towards a better motherboard, maybe an ASUS MA99X EVO. It uses the 99X chipset so you get all the goodies you probably won't use. Anyway it's good for Xfire/SLI. Also you'll be able to get some phat overclocks providing you went with a decent cooler.
