He has had computer problems, Internet issue plus his program had to get updated due to patch 4.5 AW. You need to chill; the more you complain the less we wants to help you. Be patient! That's why you don't buy unless you contact him first and ask can we do you account now...

I thought TTG rules say recoverys are not allowed but it's ok for ttg staff to do it lol it will cup ome back and bite you all in the ass
