I have a lot of money and I'm bored, should I buy the dump? I've heard driving around and running over people is all fun and what not, but does it work like the tank where you get it called in and if people destroy it you just pay another $1000?
If anyone knows the answer it would be appreciated

I bought it and I very rarely use it. You can just pick one up from the 3-4 that spawn at an industrial yard if you want one. Not worth it in my opinion.
