No, that motherboard is really old and is an LGA 775..That CPU is much newer and is a socket LGA 1155.

No, it would not work, find a socket LGA 1155.

And if i get a new processor would i need to re-install My OS? Thanks

I don't think you'd need to re-install an OS, but I've never upgraded a CPU - so I wouldn't know, but I'm pretty sure no.
I'd go with this motherboard, it's pretty good at overclocking CPU & RAM and would fit for your CPU: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

Im Just going to buy a new pc, Could you do me a cheap build Please i want an i5 Dont need a GPU i have one.

When upgrading the motherboard you will need to reinstall your OS, you'll need a new copy if it's a legitimate copy. The product key of the OS is tied to the motherboard it was first installed on.

Either way you'll need a new OS.
