Any ideas on how to fix this? If I were to hit don't send it reboots windows and there is a box that pops up says something C : // Recycler.... and a few numbers... Tried almost everything. And no I don't have the windows restore disks.

From what i can see off google it's a virus/malware problem, try downloading spybot search and destroy and run full scans
