For $400 upgrades i would go for the following
AMD FX-6300 3.6GHz ($119.99) [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
MSI GTX 670 ($249.99) [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
The GPU also comes with Assasins Creed IV and SplinterCell. Also, it leaves you with $30 for a game off of steam

Also, next time only post one thread.
Here's what I'd do - as I feel this is better for the price.
AMD FX-6300 - [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] - $129.99 (+ $10 off w/ promo code EMCWXVL24, ends 11/4)
Sapphire Radeon HD 7950 - [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] - 269.99$ ($249.99 after $20.00 rebate card) w/ AMD Radeon Gold Reward - 3 Games for free
Some pretty good games come with the 7950 and it's a strong card for the price - it can run almost any game at high/max settings no problem.

What motherboard do you have? I don't want to recommend an 8320 on a motherboard that only has a socket TDP of 95w.

Anyway, for the GPU I'd go with a 7950. Really solid card.

I have a MSI 760HM-P34(FX) (MS-7641) and my Max TDP is 95 watt. and The price of those cards are a little bit over the top. I still need a $114.00 for the Corsair 700 watt power supply.. I forgot to include that, Keep the processor. Just give me a card to fit the budget, Sorry.... Also I am getting a new case since my case is super loud since it's a all steel case except for the I/O panel on the front. I already the Case picked out, It's a Fractical Design R4 series with a side window. So please help me a bit more. Sorry for causing this hassle for you guys. Thanks,

I'd go with this power supply if you haven't already bought the last. 650W is more then you need.
And the XFX XXX 650w is a great power supply, if you don't care/don't want a modular power supply, I'd go with the XFX Core Edition 650w as it's cheaper.

I don't really care about Modular. So which power supply would I go with? The XFX Core Edition PRO650W
