It is a rare find, and the second best selling car for the newest money glitch in game.
i have only ever seen one spawn in MP, and never seen on in SP other than a specific mission.

I used to always find it when i was trying to get the Tailgater to spawn but didn't think it was any good.

Honestly it is a slow car, and i have another car that sells for 100K each time. I kept the one i found and still have yet to see anything special. I have only read from other players that it is a rare spawn.

My Buffalo is fully maxed but only fetches 99k. I don't have armor on it however as it weighs the car down.
