The Specs of the PC I found:

Do you think that PC is worth it?

Do you need a monitor? No
Do you need a keyboard? No
Do you need a mouse? No
Do you need an operating system? Yes (Windows 8)
What will you use the PC for Gaming (First Person Shooters and Minecraft)

No! It's really not, The 7770 is nowhere near what you could be getting, you could be getting a very good build for that price.
