Just got bf4 and I was wondering how do I use battlescreen on my laptop or my phone?

The battlescreen is not available on current gen consoles. DICE announced this at PAX and GAMESCOM. The feature will be available with the launch of Xbox One.

sadly its only available on pc, xbox one and ps4
