Thanks.

Never said anything about OS & Monitor, so I'd assume you don't need one.

This build also came out themed Red/Black(On accident).
Looks pretty good.
Would run most/all games on max settings fine. 7970 is strong, and this card has great cooling.

OP set his budget at 900 GBP, not USD. Also, try to use retail stores just to assure that prices we give are as accurate as possible.
Couldn't find the R9 280x on scan, all just pre-orders, so I looked for the 7970 and found an awesome sale on 7970s!

i may buy all the parts for this build, would this run games that need more juice like battlefield for instance? At high FPS?

This build will run BF3 for sure at 60+ on ultra no problem (IRL friend can prove it so it's worth noting). I can tell you that for BF4 you will be playing at 60+ FPS on various ultra and high settings, but ultra on BF4 is unnecessary and too resource-hungry. Bottom line is you'll have a very enjoyable gaming experience.

Alright, thanks for telling me GBP not USD.
Decided to mix it up and use a GTX780.

Minecraft doesn't require much power at all to run, but for recording any games some benchmarks show certain programs liking more cores to work on.

That said with both builds above it will run fine.

I was looking for something that could run all games plus 60+ but on minecraft I'd like like over 600, I'm just looking for rough numbers at what it would be .

You'd notice almost no difference between 60FPS, 100FPS, and 100000FPS.
Chances are you're on a 60Hz monitor, so you'll only be able to display 60FPS.
