I think that if you shoot all the heads off the maniquens maybe the fallout shelter door will open or something cause thats the only think i can think of.
Not a nuke cause that happens at the end.
This is just my theory.

ive tried this plenty of times with 8 of my firends to no avail, also for all those people who think they've shot all the dummy's there are secret ones inside windows outside of the map.
use spectator mode to find them, another thing is that when your in spectator mode you can go inside of that fallout shelter and there is nothing at all inside it. so I doubt that's what the Easter egg does.
maybe it unlocks something outside of the multiplayer?

There is a double rainbow on the map so maybe its something to do with that or something. Maybe it will say "Double rainbow all the way!" or something I don't know.
