Yesterday, Diego Costa announced that he would like to give up his Brazillian heritage for Spanish nationality to play for Spain in the world cup, this is allowed due to the amount of time he has spent in Spain, the same way Janujaz could play for England and the same how Arteta coulda played for England too.

Personally YES!, i dont play with many Spanish teams but that would be awesome for hyrbids

It's Brazil's fault really. They didn't call him up when it mattered and now they can only blame themselves.

Brazil really needed someone like Costa. Fred won't get the job done, nor will Damiao.

I heard Pato is coming back to the national team so they won't need Costa that much, Jo is in there to do the job as well

Moses played for England as a youth player and now plays for Nigeria internationally, his home country. Wilfried Zaha moved to England as a four year old, if he identified himself as English then who's to stop him? He's lived here the majority of his life. Hargreaves' dad is English.

I know, I'm ok with non english players playing for England, same with Germany, A LOT of their players were not born in Germany

if they were not born here then no, they shouldnt play for england

in 20 years time world cup will be pointless as 9/12 of the player will not even be that nationality, its getting more common and its wrong

The problem is that many good players are born in shit country (football wise) for expample Boateng, Zlatan, Modric, Bale etc.
