Basically im a high silver player, i hover between silver 3 and silver 1, im where im at because of my game knowledge in my opinion. My mechanics are lacking. Any ideas on how i can improve, besides going into custom games and csing

I watched high elo streams and LCS and I learned a bunch of new tricks. Sticking to a smaller champion pool also helps you master those champs faster because you're focusing on just a select few. Being very good at a few champions (in each role) is better than being okay at every champion.

Watching streams is a great way to improve, When I started watching streams it basically took my skill to a next level. When it comes to cs, just really practice on how to manage your cs while still dodging harrass and giving it out.
