I would recommend getting a gym pass, and going to the gym.

Here is what you can do:

Start off doing a weight you feel comfortable with.

If its 20lbs, thats fine.

Start off by doing 3-4 sets of 10 lifts. If its too hard, take little pauses in between if you need.

Every day, do more sets or more lifts in a set, and once you feel completely comfortable, go to a bigger weight.

Every day, push yourself to do better than the day before.

Hope this helps.

If you are looking for gyms, a lot of gyms have personal trainers that can help you with your workouts, and make a workout plan to best fit your needs.

Even just lookup body weight exercises, then you dont need a gym. If you want to build mass rather eat lots of protein(%30 more than average intake) and lift heavy with fewer reps at a larger weight. Doing more reps of a lesser wight builds more towards endurance.

Do the personal trainers cost or are they included in the monthly gym membership.

0x539 wrote I usually just masturbate. Inappropriate, yes, but it works wonders. But make sure you switch arms.

Oh geez. OT: Yes try to get a gym membership, also this is very important remember to work on all parts of your body not just your arms.

Eat 6000 calories (meat and protein) and spend atleast like a 1 hour or more in the gym. You build into like the Rock ;)
