Hey guys just wanted to make sure this was out there.

There is a BIG upside to getting Ghost (and any other game for that matter), and ESPECIALLY today for the PS3/PS4. This information is out there, but I haven't seen it in a condensed topic so I just wanted to make one.

First, Sony has an offer that ends TODAY (29 October 2013) that for every $50 spent, you will receive $10 in credit by November 8th. This credit is good for about a year (forgive me if I am mistaken) and can be used to upgrade your digital copy to the PS4, essentially making the upgrade FREE. This further extends if you are planning to purchase the season pass for another $50, so you will get another $10 from it if you buy it today.

Second, you are essentially paying one price for two copies of the game. This is something my brother and I have done for a couple years now. Since you can use your digital purchases and activate them on up to 2 PS3's (and 2+ PS4's), you can download Ghosts or whatever game you'd like from a single account and play them at the same time on different accounts. From what I've read, the advent of the PS4 is changing this only slightly, but in essence this will not change. So if you and a CLOSE buddy (he will have access to your account) want to split the price of the game, you guys can get a copy for $30 each and both use it.

Hopefully this helps out some of you, hope to play you all soon and kick some alien ***.

No problem man! Sorry, just one last thing to point out. As according to the Call of Duty official upgrade FAQ [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] , if you digitally download your copy you retain the rights to play on both your PS3's and PS4's. However, if you buy the game via retail, you will have to trade-in your PS3 copy. Just something to think about if your PS3 experience matters.
