Hey TTG! Found this tutorial on se7ensins.

-Text Tutorial-
1. Go online with your campaign character,
2. Get a 2 star wanted level by running over pedestrians. 3 will get a chopper on you
which makes it harder.
3) Call Lester, Lamar, Anyone you can request a mission from, it will appear in your phone.
4) Drive up the mountain, (Easiest I have found) pull out your phone and hover over the mission that was sent to you, Slowly drive up and down the mountain making your stars start blinking, when blinking tap the A button (XBOX) 3 times. It will take $500 then refund it and make the stars solid, Keep moving in your vehicle slowly till stars start to blink again, while your phone should still be up, reselect the mission, and repeat. 200RP every 3-5 seconds.

This does work but its not as effective. The founder of the glitch is uploading a tutorial today allowing you to spam the missions instead of waiting for the stars to blink

whenever i do this it keeps loading the mission for like a min then i spawn on foot again.
