i was going to build, but then i saw a deal on cyberpower. so i came up for this 1600 pc build. i was wondering if i can get a better deal than this from building right now?

it would have to be 1600 or less, and be semi future proof and be overclockable.
i would like the operating system to be included in the price.

Well, if you can, I'd recommend having a costume one built if that's possible. If there's anywhere near by where you live that can do it, that's what I highly recommend doing. I think over all, it would be cheaper to have it built by where you are than far away. If something goes wrong, it will have to be shipped back for repairs. This is just an idea that I think would save money and be a much easier way of doing this.
