I heard people got banned for playing GTA V early. It used to be that microsoft would ban people who played their games early(forza, halo, etc...) but they might be banning now for big game releases. I'm pretty sure that CoD ghosts is a HUGE release. I've played CoDs early before too, but I think I'm going to play it safe this time and stay offline until midnight release.

You cannot get banned for playing a game early if it is a legit retail copy, or if nobody can tell it is not a legit retail copy.

This is because it is considered the retailers fault if this happens, so the consumers will not be punished.

Aren't you one of the people that have the game, I remember people saying you did the first day this crap started leaking... Can you rip and upload the isos or are you against that or something...

I can guarantee you wont get banned for playing it early.
