I'd agree with that man. It's not that great now,

Seeing as though Rockstar is saving all character data on the cloud, there will be no online game changing mods. The only possible iso mods I can imagine people might come up with would be client-side such as camera filters and a changed menu perhaps. Nothing would be game changing so you can rest easy knowing Rockstar might have actually done something right, unless someone comes up with something extremely elaborate which is so unlikely it doesn't really matter.

Why don't they just have designated mod servers where you can do this stuff in some designated games and keep the others clean. Valve caught onto that.

What did you want people to do?
Drive Fusilades everywhere while shooting pistols? Lol.

In all honesty I've not even seen a single person with an Adder or any other super car for that matter.

I'm really enjoying the GTA 5 online and my experience hasn't been wrecked by anything.
I hope it continues that way.
