Nowadays, the majority of teens are pier pressured into Smoking by 'Older Groups' because they think it's cool.

I smoked cigarettes for 3 years after I turned 18 and I stopped last summer cold turkey. Definitely a hard habit to break.
It's very unappealing to girls and that's one of the reasons I quit personally :p

I agree that one of the worst things to do is to start smoking just because you think it's cool. Then on the other hand there are those who start smoking at a young age because of stuff going on at home, being peer pressured into it (not a 100% excuse but still valid to some extent). I started smoking at the age of 14 primarily because things were getting really sh*tty at home and at school, I have quit now at the age of 18 with the aid of an e-cig as all other quitting aids failed me in the past. What some people seem to forget is that it's incredibly difficult to stop smoking, especially when you have people around you that don't help at all (bullies, people who stress you out etc.) Most of the smokers I know have tried quitting multiple times, and still want to quit.

Smoking is disgusting, I dont have a clue why people smoke. Yes its addictive but just think about what it does to your body.
