Does everyone else lose their Minigun ammo when you die? And is this intentional or a glitch?

If you don't own it you'll lose it and the ammo, I think. But if you bought it, it should stay.

I had this problem too let me explain.
Whenever you die you will lose the entire mag of whatever weapon you are holding (eg. Advanced rifle you would lose 60 bullets). As the minigun doesn't have a 'mag', you will lose all ammo upon death IF YOU ARE HOLDING IT WHILE YOU DIE.
Easiest way to fix? Quickly switch to another weapon if you think you're going to die, worked for me.
