Title says it all. It's a 2 car garage. It's not on the real estate website anymore. Any ideas?

They are having issues with the saving servers. Anything you do, buy, will not be saved.

You can only get money from it if you buy a different garage, they pay you half of what you payed and that goes toward the new one.
