i wouldn't worry to much about being banned if i were u, chances of u being banned are pretty slim,a company that can mess up there own game this bad dont have much chance of banning people, they cant even recover lost characters from there own severs, in the online there's an award for blowing people up with sticky bombs,yet when u do, u become a bad sport,
they patch the selling car glitch ( below 50k) and leave the bike glitch open, when it was basically the same thing,
they released the online 2 weeks after the game came out and it was stil P!ss Poor, servers didn't work for the first week? something like that,
they've had two and a half weeks since they released the online and still we have no online heists.
so i wouldn't worry about anything rockstar say's about banning people. im not.

You are the most negative person on the forums - and by the looks of it - the 1% who never did a glitch. Why don't you post some useful information, help people out, give tips or just do something nice and/or useful instead of giving information without proof and just being generally a **** to people on the forums because they "violated the Code of Conduct" they cannot remember agreeing too because they spent so much time on the tutorial cutscene.
Also, who the hell reads the Code of Conduct? That's like reading Terms and Conditions or clicking "I agree to being 18 or over to enter this website" when underage.
