If anybody knows how to root a SCH-I545 Galaxy S4 without the need of an SD card I will give as much rep as possible. I've tried and tried and can't seem to find one.

You don't need a micro SD card. Unless you somehow managed to remove the internal one soldered to the board. An external micro SD card is not needed unless you want to save backups and ROMS to it, which is what I do. If so just by a 16GB card. They're like $25.
