wouldnt think so, i been doing the race boosting and had no trouble, just my character got lost 3 days ago but im level 36 now

My advice would be is mod all your cars and buy the best house so you dont have like 1million on hand when you're level 20...

You and a few friends go & take turns winning, I made a post about a week ago about it & how to do it

You could get banned but i doubt it will happen unless you have like 5M in car sales and only like 20K earned from everything else
