Are you serious? I have been saving up for the 400k one this whole time.

i dont think the 205k one is allowed to plan heists in it though. thats why you should just get the 400k one.

I heard somebody say the $400,000 apartment was the only one you can plan a heist in because it has the actual heist room in it, but idk if its accurate

I own the 205k one, and I can say it has the heist room.

Plus, with the 500k coming out from Rockstar, everyone should be able to do heists
