I haven't yet installed windows 7 64 bit. I know for sure everything is plugged in correctly and supported, but this message keeps coming up every time I try to boot off of my hard drive or my dvd drive to install windows. Please help me.

May be a dumb question but are you sure you can support 64 bit?

it does, my friend and i got all the same components and his installed windows, but mine doesn't

the question is, is yours 64bit or 32bit? 32bit could be x86

Press start, and ten right click 'my computer' and select properties, now tell us the OS info.

i cant tell you the information, because i cant install windows. Im in the bios right now. And it is 64 bit, my firend installed the same iso as the one im trying to use.

Just install a 32 bit version? Or get a new copy of the one you are trying to use.
