The heroin addicts can buy "Krocodil" for much cheaper than their normal drug which is heroin. I guess it can also be made much cheaper as its basically throwing chemicals into a bunch and smoking it, people are extremely crazy for doing this drug.

I've seen pictures where it's destroyed skin down to the bone. Users have claimed its the greatest high ever apparently.
