when in the lobby there is something called view player info or something like that. click on that and then click on the person you want to kick and it should say kick

In Free Mode press start go to players and click on there name and it says Kick, you have to vote.

If in a mission lobby press confirm settings and go to players joined or recently joined and click on there name a click kick.
