Personally I love it, people that don't like it are the ones last year who used 352 bundesliga teams and just pace abused..

its ok but is boring compared to other years, i cant play for as long as i used to.
Before i would have a 2-3 hour sesion. i get bored after 2 games this year

I personally hate playing it haha thats why i only have 10 games played its just too slow paced and players do not lock onto the ball most of the time then i get pissed off and just stop playing.

it is very slow paced but its better than the end to end stuff of last year i guess. they need to go somewhere in the middle though

Yes i agree that they have done a good job of toning down the pace but what people need to understand is that if it is a 50/50 ball and the attacker is faster then technically he should get to the ball first. Just fix the players not locking on to the ball and it'll be good

I've always enjoyed ultimate team since I started playing it, I just love the concept

i hate UT online this year ( inb4 you abused pace on fifa 13) i barely pace abused on fifa 13 i could play with a team of 70 average pace.

my players always feel sluggish ( they're on 10 chemistry) my ST's barely make any runs even with H attacking workrate, the opponent constantly intercepts my passes and im always pressured and can't do nothing but pass back to my defenders all the time. It honestly sucks this year but i don't mind offline seasons, i just set it to a difficulty that is quite a challenge to me

Player play to there stats.
If you want your striker to make runs, make sure his positioning stat is good.
Work rates don't really matter as much, it's all about the positioning stat.
I used cavani and tevez who have high/high make really good runs since they have 88 plus positioning.
Same with gerrard, played him as a cam and he didn't push too far into defence since he had 83 odd positioning and he was always there to set up the play.

To play the game well, get defenders with good defending and heading. Balanced mids with good passing and strikers with good positioning and you'll play well
