How get GTA Online to work. [ My Method ]Posted:

Hello,
I see a lot of post about this so this is what I use and it works so far 100% of the time for me.
It's worked for me for this problems -
Rockstar's Cloud Server Are Unavailable. Please Try Again.
It also worked for another problem but don't remember exact message.
The Method -
1. First of get the error
2. Dashboard, By hitting the guide button and hitting Y or just by simply ejecting your tray
3. Load up GTA V, DO NOT LOAD IN ONLINE MAKE SURE YOUR AT CAMPAIGN.
4. When your game has loaded hit the start button and move over to the "Online" tab
5. Select the option Join Crew Member. If your not in a crew select Join Friend.
6. Now it should be trying to throw you in your Crew/Friend's game.
7. While trying to join his/hers game you will receive and error (can't really remember the error message)
8. It should give you and error and say that it is going to throw you into a online game Click A for OK.
9. Then you should be in a game and you should be having the time of your life playing.

Yeah man ive made one im like lvl 25,but it keeps telling me to makw new character because of the cloud servers being down

Ummm crap, I can't think of anything thing I guess you can try just turning off your Xbox and try again... I am sorry man I guess it doesn't work for every one.

i cant even load the first mission you do when you start playing online

I am sorry, I have no idea how to do that one my cuz told me he keep going to the dashboard and every time he went the loading went a little further each time. I am sorry

Just keep making a character over and over until it works. That's how i fixed mine. You're not supposed to see people spawn next to you. When you get to the parking lot and the guy "Shay Shay" pulls up your screen should move upwards and turn blurry. Then the loading screen will show up in the bottom left corner and a few minutes later you should be able to choose a car and continue the tutorial.
Its a pain in the ass but it works.
