Uploading it and giving it to you is pirating and it wouldn't work as it wont have your console ID just get your friend round and install it

Even if someone uploaded it, it still wouldn't work as it would have different profile and device ids. It still won't work if you change them either as the whole file would be assigned to one console in case of piracy. That is why people selling modded iso discs for any game sell discs and not usbs with them installed on.
