Use an armored car with bullet proof tires and sticky bombs. I just drive past all of the lazer and throw stickies at them, blow 'em up, drive to heli, done.

i find the best way is to steal the white plane fast before my friends and leave them at the airfield then do the mission on my own, most of the time i'm on my way back with the cargobob as the get to the airbase in their cars
