And probably 11 months until your 13th birthday. The government isn't getting shut down.

ehh yes and no. Much of the government will come to a halt. A lot of discretionary funding will be cut and therefore a lot of programs and functions will be canceled. But only on the Federal level. The state governments will obviously continue running because they operate on state taxes so the Federal halt in money won't effect them too much.

Your level of ignorance is insane. The GOVERNMENT IS NOT SHUT DOWN. The federal discretionary funding is halted which means most if not all of the federal government is, but as far as the whole government, not even close. Learn what you're talking about before you scare someone.

Also if the government were to completely shutdown, we would go and **** the government up, we wouldn't be worried about each other. The government is our biggest threat, and just a side note ( if the government were to vanish in 40 minutes we would have no electricity, not t.v NOTHING!) and the governments first idea would be to raid all houses for supplies, because they can always start another civilization on their own.

Yes, it is STATE GOVERNMENT that funds STATE education and upholds STATE laws. The Federal Government does not function on a state to state level. Jess Cristo.
