Hey guys! here's some more info:
I don't need any peripherals
I need to be able to run LoL/WoW/New games at mid-high graphics, while running other various programs (Chrome/FF/Skype)

Needs at least;

    8gb of RAM
    15" screen
    1tb HDD

and preferably AMD based components.
BUDGET: 700/$1150

Pretty good overall, but I'd rocommend building a PC with that amount of money. If you really want/need a laptop though..It's a good build.

Though you should downgrade to a Windows 7, as I heard windows 8 is just a pain over all. So, that's something to look over on! Other than that, I'm not sure how the Graphics should hold up since it's not really a current card but I'm sure medium will do well with about 40ish FPS. That's an educated guess on my part.

I've been looking at the Lenovo Y510p and it has similar specs. What settings are you able to run games like Minecraft and BF3 on? I see a lot of people griping about the HDD being slow on it too. Was this a problem for you or not?

How about an alienware? :trollin:
To be honest I think you should go for a desktop and just get a mATX. I don't really know much about laptops so I don't think i can help you out here, but i hope you find a laptop that fits what you need
